StudyBridge

Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

Draft. These terms are a plain-English draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before paid plans start.

1. What StudyBridge is

StudyBridge helps people prepare for exams. Tutors and their learners share lessons, assignments, tests, marks and messages, and parents follow their child’s progress. Students without a tutor (the student version, in early access) get a plan, lessons, practice papers and mocks, with Prof as their guide. Prof is the built-in assistant.

5. Your content

What you put into StudyBridge stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and process it to run the features you use (for example, sending work to Prof when a tutor asks it to mark). We don’t claim ownership and we don’t sell it.

6. Fair use

7. Plans and payment

8. Your data

You can download your data or delete your account from Settings at any time. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep StudyBridge running and your work safe, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything important.

10. Liability

StudyBridge is a tool to help with tutoring. Results in exams depend on many things, and we can’t guarantee any result. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
